For PCO’s that means something important: Both your customers and your technicians increasingly expect you to cater for them on mobile.
Sure, well built websites should work well on most common mobile platforms. If yours doesn’t, you might want to get it looked at because we’re heading for a crossover in the next 2-3 years where most browsing sessions will come from a mobile device.
Further to that, browsing on a mobile phone just isn’t the same (for many scenarios) as using a proper, fully native mobile app.
